FEES
Appointments
As sessions occur on an appointment basis, it is not possible to extend the allotted time set aside for a session. Should you be late for a session without making any prior arrangements timeously, the relevant session will be shorter as it would end at the time scheduled. The individual responsible for the payment of the account will still be liable to pay for the full session.
Should you wish to schedule an appointment, kindly refer to the 'Contact' Page.
Payment
Fees for each session may be paid at the conclusion of the appointment. Only Electronic Fund Transfers (EFT’s) will be accepted. Cheques are not accepted. Payment must be made immediately following the appointment. Proof of payment must also be provided.
All clients are provided with a Tax Invoice, which may be submitted to the South African Revenue Service (SARS) as a medical expense claim against taxable income (if not paid by Medical Aid, or elsewhere). Please note that this practice is not registered for Value-Added-Tax (VAT).
Medical Aid
Kindly note that this practice is contracted out of medical aid. Accounts are to be settled on the date of the appointment, thereafter you; the client can submit the invoice to your Medical Aid for reimbursement. Please note, if there is no ICD-10-CODE (Diagnostic Code) included on the invoice, you will not be able to claim monies paid for psychological services from your Medical Aid Fund.
